A tight weave of very thin polyester threads with a crinkle texture gives this fabric its distinctive sheer, crinkly personality. It bunches well and clings, so layers of it have a fun, full, fairy-tale effect. Its also very strong, so it can be used in a number of capacities where less durable fabrics might not hold up.
